Senator E.h. Bloss Prize
Senator E.h. Michael Bloss Prize for the best quantitative scientific paper in the field of finance at the High School of Econimics and Enviroment, Nürtingen-Geislingen.
Every year the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen offers the Senator E.h. Michael Bloss Prize. The prize is intended to provide an opportunity to recognize particularly high-quality academic work and is thus intended as an incentive for all students of financial economics to study quantitative topics.
The prize is awarded for outstanding achievements and particularly effective and thus exemplary models, theoretical quantitative papers and/or proofs of complex quantitative topics in finance. The prize will be awarded to the best quantitative paper in finance from each academic year at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences. The main focus is on the scientific correctness, the complexity as well as the concrete approach. Only papers dealing with the quantitative aspects of finance are eligible for the award. Topics related to the fields of Physics in Finance, Computational Finance and Financial Engineering are explicitly mentioned.
